Casual Guest Experience Representative

We are Vicinity Centres. You may not recognise the brand but we’re sure you’ll know some of our destinations, from the iconic Queen Victoria Building in Sydney to Chadstone – The Fashion Capital, our seven DFOs, and much loved centres that are the hub of each of their communities. All in all, we operate over 60 centres across Australia.

Role purpose

The key purpose of the Guest Experience Representative is to provide in centre communication, coordination and information services for our customers to ensure their experience is better, easier and more enjoyable. You will have a flexible approach with a can-do attitude and fun personality!

This casual role is suitable for someone who is flexible with the number of working hours given depending on business requirement. It ranges Monday through to Sunday, and covering Friday nights, weekends and public holidays. The availability to work in December is a must.

What will you bring?     

You will have demonstrated customer service skills with previous experience in a customer-facing role. You will have a professional and customer focused approach, be confident in handling a variety of guest enquiries including cash transactions and customer feedback.  You are known for your ability to effectively multitask and prioritise activities and have a sound background working independently with minimal supervision. You’ll be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and a genuine desire to bring the Vicinity brand to life.
