Online booking is a convenient and easy way to pre-pay for your parking and save on the regular drive-up rates with Uptown Parking.
How it Works
We use licence plate technology to match your booking when you arrive at the car park.
To make a booking, click here and enter your details. We will send an email once your booking is confirmed (Please note, bookings must be made at least 15 minutes before entering the car park).
Then, drive to Uptown Parking and proceed slowly towards the entry gate, please note there is a 2.0 metre vehicle clearance to enter. Leave 2.0 metres between you and the car in front, then our system will reach your license plate and allow you to enter. To exit, drive slowly to the exit and wait for the gate to lift. No ticket is required.
Running late? There is a 30-minute grace period before and after your selected time to give you peace of mind for any unforeseen changes. You can also amend or cancel your booking online up to 1 hour before your booking starts.

Cross River Rail carpark exit closure
From Saturday 27 December to Monday 2 February, the Charlotte Street carpark exit (Southern Suburbs) will be closed to complete Albert Street station and green spine works. Motorist will only be able to exit the carpark via Elizabeth Street (Northern Suburbs).
