Lost Child Wrist Bands

Keep your little explorer safe with an Uptown child identification band. The free identification wrist bands for children ensure your child is quickly found should they ever wander off. Child identification bands are available free of charge from the Customer Service Desk on Level Q.

Pram Hire

Uptown offers complimentary stroller hire, for children under 1 year. This service is free of charge, however current photographic ID must be provided.

Parents Room

The Uptown Parents Room is conveniently located on Level 2, near Daiso.

Parking

Uptown Parking is located beneath Uptown and is open 24 hours a day. To view Uptown Parking details, rates and online booking discounts click here. Parents with Pram parking is also available at Uptown Parking. Parents with prams parking bays are located on Green Level, P1. Multi-lingual Staff

The Customer Service team is here to help! The Customer Service Supervisor is multi-lingual, fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese, along with a basic understanding of Japanese and Korean. If you need assistance with location, maps, stores please visit our Customer Service Desk.

Currency Exchange

Uptown has two currency exchange facilities available.

Travel Money Oz is located on Queen Street Mall and can assist with foreign exchange, pre-paid currency cards and international payment service.

Travelex is located on Queen Street Mall next to EzyMart and Jo Mercer.

Free Wi-Fi

Stroller and Wheelchair Hire

Uptown also offers complimentary wheelchair and stroller hire for all customers. The service is free of charge, however current photographic ID must be provided at the Customer Service Desk. Please note, the stroller hire is for children under 12 months only.

Transport

Taxis – Uptown is found at the top end of the Queen Street Mall. If travelling in by taxi, you will want to be dropped off on Elizabeth Street just past the Treasury Casino. Furthermore, the nearest taxi rank is located on George Street, near the Treasury Casino.

Bus Interchange- the Brisbane City Council bus services pass through the underground bus interchange which has direct lift access into Uptown. For more information about the bus terminals please contact the Customer Service Desk on (07) 3223 6900. Alternatively you can visit http://translink.com.au/ for more information regarding bus times.

The Uptown Customer Service Desk is located on Level Q, near Lift 8 & 9. Our friendly staff are available to assist you with a range of services including gift card purchases, store enquiries, directions, lost property and general centre information.

Toilets providing access for the mobility impaired can be found on Levels E, 1, 2 & 3.

Other toilets are conveniently located on Levels A, E, 1, 2 & 3.

Prices start from only $8 for an hour, $10 for 4 hours or $12 for 24 hours.

Customers can open their assigned locker unlimited times during your hire period & lockers can be rented for up to 7 days.
