Looking for a calming indoor activity? A welcoming Beginner’s Yoga Class is now available at Uptown, offering the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and focus on wellbeing.
Hosted by Wesley Taylor, this class is designed for all levels — especially those new to yoga or returning after a break. The sessions are friendly and non-competitive, allowing participants to work comfortably within their own abilities while gradually developing confidence and skill.
Yoga supports physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, helping to create a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Each class includes guided stretches, postures, and poses to build strength and improve flexibility, along with dedicated relaxation time — one of the most important elements for restoring both body and mind.
