From Wednesday May 7 – Saturday May 10, claim a Country Road Hand Care Set if you spend $100 or a Heritage Shopper Bag if you spend $200! First 50 customers per item each day.

Once the campaign starts, how do I redeem my gift?

1. Spend a minimum of $100 at Uptown in any number of transactions with proof of purchase in the course of one day from May 7 - 10.
2. Visit the Customer Service Desk on Level Q next to Country Road during activation hours and present your receipts to a staff member.
3. Complete and submit a claim form through a mobile device or ask the staff for a tablet.
4. Present the "Thank You" message to staff to redeem your gift based on how much you spent.

When will the Customer Service Desk be open for me to redeem a gift?

Wednesday 8 May and Thursday 8 May 9am to 5:30pm, Friday 9 May 9am to 9pm, Saturday 10 May 9am to 5pm.

What gifts will be available?

If you spend $100, the gift is a Country Road Hand Care Set which includes a 500mL hand wash and a 60mL hand cream in a Rose and Oud fragrance. If you spend $200, the gift is a Printed Heritage Shopper Bag in the colour Pink Meringue.

What if the allocation of items is exhausted when I visit the Customer Service Desk?

Customers may return the following day they made the purchases to claim a gift, subject to availability when visiting. The customer must visit during Customer Service Desk opening hours within the promotional period to receive a gift. There will be no gifts available from May 10, 5pm.

Can I claim more than one gift a day if I spend $100, then spend another $100?

Customers can only claim one gift per day. Please be mindful of when you choose to claim your gift if you intend to do more shopping.
