What are the activation hours?
Wednesday 8 May and Thursday 8 May 9am to 5:30pm, Friday 9 May 9am to 9pm, Saturday 10 May 9am to 5pm.
What gifts are available?
If you spend $100, the gift is a Country Road Hand Care Set which includes a 500mL hand wash and a 60mL hand cream in a Rose and Oud fragrance. If you spend $200, the gift is a Printed Heritage Shopper Bag in the colour Pink Meringue.
What if the allocation of items is exhausted when I visit the Customer Service Desk?
Customers may return the following day they made their purchase(s) to claim a gift, subject to availability when visiting. The customer must visit in activation hours within promotional period to redeem a gift. If allocation is exhausted when a customer returns, they cannot claim a gift the next day. There will be no next day gift redemptions available after May 10.
Can I claim more than one gift a day if I spend $100, then spend another $100?
Customers can only claim one gift per day. Please be mindful of when you choose to claim your gift if you intend to do more shopping.
