How it Works
We use licence plate technology to match your booking when you arrive at the car park.
To make a booking, click here and enter your details. We will send an email once your booking is confirmed (Please note, bookings must be made at least 15 minutes before entering the car park).
Then, drive to Uptown Parking and proceed slowly towards the entry gate, leaving at least 2 metres between you and the car in front. Our system will read your plate and allow you to enter.
To exit, drive slowly to the exit and wait for the gate to lift. No ticket is required.
Running late? There is a 1 hour grace period provided before and after your selected time to give you peace of mind for any unforeseen changes. You can also amend or cancel your booking online up to 1 hour before your booking starts.

You can book up to 3 months in advance.
No, you can make a booking as a guest or register to create a password and save your details for next time. Saving your details makes booking faster if you book online regularly.
Yes, you can change or cancel your booking online here up to 1 hour before the booking starts.
No cancellation fees apply however, if you do not use your booking and do not cancel it beforehand, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You will receive an email once your booking has been confirmed.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam folders or contact us at email@example.com to confirm your booking before arriving at the car park.
You can amend your booking online here up to 1 hour before the booking starts.
If you remain in the car park beyond this time, casual parking rates will be applied for the remainder of your stay.

No, you do not need to bring your booking confirmation to the car park. Uptown Parking uses licence plate technology to match your booking.
However, if there is a problem with your booking, our friendly team may ask for your booking ID (which can be found at the top of your booking confirmation) in order to better assist you.
Yes, we offer monthly reserved and unreserved parking for your convenience.

No, unfortunately we are not able to reserve disabled bays in the car park.

On arrival, you may park in any parking bay that is not marked as reserved or disabled (unless you have a valid permit).
Your booking is valid for one entry and one exit only. Any additional entries will be charged at the casual parking rates.

If you are receiving the error 'Your username or password is incorrect', either the password or username is incorrect, or this is first time you are using the updated booking site. If you have an existing account you will need to reset the password by clicking on 'Forgotten Password' at the bottom of the login page.
